A few days ago I was handed a dry leaf stamped with a URL. It turns out it was a flier for the Environmental Art Museum, an online compendium of environmental art - usually art which is site-specific, ephemeral and created from natural materials. It's a growing movement, and one answering deep questions about creativity, sustainability and humanity's place in nature.
If art by folks like James Turrell, Yolanda GutiƩrrez and Andy Goldsworthy moves you, you'll find this site inspiring and revelatory.
