If we were to sponsor a photo competition, it'd probably be pretty much exactly like this:
"We therefore challenge photographers around the world, to communicate this to our political leaders creatively and convincingly. We want a collection of thoughtful, provocative, dramatic and enlightening images that will inspire decision-makers by helping them to visualise a greener, fairer society for all.
"This brief asks photographers from all four corners of the globe to identify where people are taking positive action to change our environment for the better. Show us the places, the faces, the energy, the commitment, the aspirations, the social implications, the hope for better understanding.
"Ideas and innovation are sprouting up all around us..."
