We wrote before about Estonia's Tiger Leap into Internet access for all, but here's the latest twist: WiFi. Estonians are mad for it, with over 280 hotspots already in the tiny country (over 2/3 of them free). Access in their constitution, bandwidth on the air... sweet. (From SmartMobs)
Estonia is participating in the networking revolutions in more ways than one: just check out the ISEA 2004 schedule! Gosh, I wish I could go.
