David Bornstein is speaking at Poptech -- making the point that entrepreneurs have a range of options for finding capital to take their projects to a national or global scale, but those seeking to provide social change lack comparable venture capital. He's also making the point that an enormous number of blueprints exist for creating social change, and the distribution of those models is critical (something with which we here at worldchanging obviously agree).
Actually, I agree with most of what he says, but, as I've said before, find the rhetorical framework he uses troubling and unhelpful.
