Digital Divide Network

The The Digital Divide Network's new web site is a rich collection of resources and interactions powered by phpbb. Membership is free. Originally developed by the Benton Foundation and the National Urban League, DDN was designed as an online clearinghouse of news and resources regarding the digital divide. The site includes tutorials on how to create a DDN blog, how to create your own DDN community, what RSS is all about, and Creative Commons licenses. (Thanks to Andy Carvin for the pointer.)
