The first time I saw this, I thought it was a joke, but no... Cow Power has arrived. Central Vermont Public Service ("Providing renewable energy one cow at a time") is aiming to "promote development and reliance on renewable energy in Vermont by creating a market for energy generated by burning methane from cow manure." Helps the dairy farmers, they say, while helping the planet.
