Here's a nifty animation (slow Quicktime file -- you can also view the slideshow) showing how a nanofactory might work. It's great eye-candy. The only problem is that it lacks narration and a soundtrack, though I found Animal Collective's Who Could Win a Rabbit works rather well in the latter capacity.
