Cell Phone Enabled Street Games

Speaking of cell phones, boing boing posts that there's a neighborhood-scale game of Capture the Flag being held tomorrow night in NYC's West Village. Starts at 7:30. Cory says, "Free and 'cell-phone enabled,' though I'm not sure how." If it's like the human-scale chess game I participated in last year in Williamsburg, there will be players running the "board" at a central location, with cell phones being used to relay moves to the players on the street. But I don't quite remember the rules for Capture the Flag...
