We've posted about Global Voices, the Harvard/Berkman Center conference and project, here, here, and here. Since then Worldchanger Ethan Zuckerman and his Berkman Center ally Rebecca MacKinnon have been working hard to build Global Voices Online into a rich aggregation of blogs from around the world. With help from the stellar designer/information architect Boris Anthony, Global Voice has been made over and relaunched this week.

Ethan reports a genuine, and sometimes heated, cross-cultural diaglog in comments at the site. If you're interested in WorldChanging, Global Voices is a must-read.
