Micki is a force to be reckoned with. Not only is she a veteran of the indie side of the film industry and the Director of Internet Outreach at Participant Productions (Jeff Skoll's very cool new production company, dedicated to bringing forward films that matter, whose motto is "Changing the world, one story at a time"), she's also the brains behind the blog Red Carpet. What's more, she's tons of fun, super-smart and packs more energy than the average hydrogen fuel cell.
Micki's going to be reporting on the side of Hollywood we don't hear enough about -- the worldchanging side: people who are making film and television which challenges us to think about the planet's problems and imagine their solutions. So, please, ladies and gentlemen, a big round of applause for Micki, and worldchanging culture!
