Here's another good idea from our allies at BioRegional: One Planet Products is a bulk-buying initiative, a sort of co-op for developers, which aims to make available to its members the best green building materials at lower prices. We've written quite a bit about green building over the last two years, and for good reason, since changing the way we build things is one of our surest routes to a bright green economy. The trick has been getting these practices mainstreamed. Innovative programs like this seem exactly what's needed to do that.
