David Hsu tracks urban innovation. David formerly worked on green planning design and development in academia, government, finance and engineering in London and New York, Now, as a graduate student pursuing a doctorate in urban economics and ecology at the University of Washington, and as a blogger (he makes his other home online at Complexcities), David is wrestling with what it means to design and build sustainable cities, and how those cities might actually work.
He's a heck of a smart guy, and has his fingers on the pulse of urban change. We look forward to him sharing with us the glimpses he's catching of the urban future!
Since joining us, David has written: The Invisible Present, The Invisible Place and Your Sustainable Urban Experience.
