The evening will be moderated by Wendy E. Brawer *, founder and executive director of the Green Map System, and feature these contributors to the WorldChanging book:

  • David Bornstein, on changing the world via social entrepreneurship
  • Patrick Di Justo *, on strengthening developing-world communities through educating girls and empowering women
  • Jill Fehrenbacher, on green lighting, interiors, furniture and decor for the home
  • Emily Gertz *, on emerging technologies for citizen environmental monitoring and political activism
  • Emeka Okafor, on science and technology collaborations between nations in the global South

Many thanks to the Metropolitan Waterfront Alliance, the Municipal Art Society's Urban Center Books, and The Architectural League, for co-sponsoring this event.
