After nearly two years, I'm writing my last post as Managing Editor for Worldchanging. This has been by far my most rewarding position as a writer and editor, and you all have been the most engaged, thoughtful and supportive community of readers imaginable.
The sustainability conversation has gained innumerable voices, perspectives and information resources in the years since Worldchanging began. From where we sit, it's been a thrill-ride to watch the network grow, and to be stationed at an intersection where so many inspiring people pass through. I'll miss sitting at this junction, but I have no doubt I'll find many of you down other green avenues as I move on to pursue new projects.
Thanks to all of you who read Worldchanging, to the brilliant team of contributors who keep the site content interesting, to Tessa Levine-Sauerhoff who kept Worldchanging organized and on track, and most of all to Alex Steffen, whose vision, voice, and optimism have been an inspiration to me from day one. The collaboration of this entire network has enabled us to uncover real solutions for a sustainable future.
Thank you, Sarah, for two terrific years. Working with you has been one of the high points of my career. Thank you for your incredible dedication and constant hard work, your insight and humor, and the terrific flair you've brought to the site.
I hope that, while you're moving on from the position of Managing Editor, you'll be a part of this network for many years to come. You are, as you've said so many times when we've discovered a particularly cool solution, dope.
I'll take this moment to speak for the board of Worldchanging. Sarah, you did an amazing and herculean job of helping WC get to where it is today. You will be missed but your contributions will live on. We all wish you the best in your future work and we all hope that you will continue to add your amazing voice and insights into the every growing army of sustainable thinkers and doers.
Good Luck and may the wind always be at your back.
Best of luck, Sarah! Your insights and observations, let alone incredible dedication, made WC and the entire community just a bit Rich(er) every day. Cant wait to see what you do next!

worldchanging was founded on the idea that real solutions already exist for building the future we want. it's just a matter of grabbing hold and getting moving.
