Bright Neighbor is an online platform that helps community members work together more effectively. Their online social tools allow users to plan out public events, share common spaces, barter and trade time and stuff, and map out important community resources, like recycling centers and gardening plots. The creators say that the tool is useful whether you are trying to organize your condo building or your entire municipality. This platform could be an amazing tool for community members who want to work together to use less oil and get more out of their collective resources.
