I would like to nominate Mette te Velde from Strawberry Earth.

Strawberry Earth is a platform for creative people from all over the world who want to do something positive for our environment. Mette started Strawberry Earth together with Ikenna Azuike in 2008 as a website. They quickly started to connect environmental issues with fun live events, which created instant results for the environment. In this way they started to address a large crowd in a very positive way! Additionally, Strawberry Earth consults organizations with truly green consciences on how to use social media and design to reach new and creative groups of people.

Strawberry Earth's way of working is positively contagious and really fills a gap here in Europe, and spreads out to the rest of the world too.
