Worldchanging Canada editor Mark Tovey is completing his Ph.D. in Cognitive Science in the Advanced Cognitive Engineering Lab at Carleton University. He is studying, among other things, human response to change, and how to accelerate and catalyze societal change.
He recently edited a book which looks at how the space of Web 2.0, deliberative democracy, mass collaboration, and open source methods can be used to gain traction on global problems,
