Loved the article in this week's Chronicle about Austin Energy's plan to convert three hybrids to plug-ins. Yeah, woo-hoo, just three. Nevertheless, I felt a little like I was reading a World Changing article. Pretty cool! Made me understand why there's a World Changing Austin website.
