Chicago's Center for Green Technology is not only the third building in the United States designed according to the US Green Building Council's LEED rating system, but it is also one of the country's best and most innovative providers of green technology education. This little Chicago gem offers educational workshops on everything from "Cool Roofs" to "Cohousing," and usually at no cost to the public. Chicago’s Center for Green Technology won’t be starting its spring semester until February, but in the meantime, here are two Green Tech U affiliated events that can sate your green education needs.
