If you support renewable energy and want to learn more about the nitty-gritty of how renewable energy works, sign up for the Energy Autonomy event at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) tomorrow.
This free educational event -- dubbed "Energy Autonomy: The Economic, Social and Technological Case for Renewable Energy" -- is organized by the World Council for Renewable Energy, UCLA and Environment California. "Energy Autonomy" will cover not only information about renewable energy itself, but also about "the policies designed to bring them into the mainstream."
The event will be held on Friday, February 16, beginning at 4 pm, in the Public Policy Building, Room 2343, on the UCLA campus (PDF directions here). To attend, RSVP via the Environment California website.
