Eco-Easter

Article Photo

Our friends at Happy Mundane have found a way to shrink the Easter Bunny's carbon footprint: Easter grass that's an edible cellulose. The manufacturers of Candy Grass seem to be aiming for a flavor somewhere between Super Sugar Crisp and eco-friendly packing peanuts. Dogs and two-year-olds will no doubt consider it a tremendous improvement over the old green plastic grass. Like cornstarch packing peanuts, the grass can be dissolved in the sink after the Peeps have left their nest.

Candy Grass is available at Target.
