Worldchanging joins IIDA, ASID and AIA Seattle to host Re*Generation, a seasonal education salon. A locally celebrated pioneer invites one of their mentors and one next generation leader to combine one practical presentation with a philosophical discussion.
The Architectural Challenge of 2030
This Thursday evening will feature a conversation between Amanda Sturgeon, architect and sustainable design initiative leader, Perkins & Will; Kevin R Hydes, president and CEO of Integral Performance Engineering; and Fulton (Tony) Gale III, Starbucks corporate architect and leader of their international High Performance Building Team.
This is the third event of the year in the Re*Generation speaker series, which is co-produced by AIA Seattle, IIDA Northern Pacific Chapter and ASID Washington State Chapter. We're honored to be partnering with these local professional design organizations to host this event.
The lecture, "The Architectural Challenge of 2030," will take place in the Seattle Art Museum's
Arnold Board Room from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. on Thursday, September 17. Register here. The Conversation Cocktail will take place immediately afterward, and guests are welcome to explore the museum until 9 p.m.
