Web app helps identify idling hot spots

The city of Prince George BC seems to be one of the first Canadian cities to be using SeeClickFix, a free web application that allows citizens to geo-locate problems in their city. Based on IdleFreePhilly, the app is being used to locate places where people most idle their cars: idling hot spots.
